Fox finished with 22 points on 8-of-10 shooting from the field, a team-high eight rebounds (including two on the offensive end) and a team-best seven assists in 35 minutes, marking just the fifth game in which a Spur has had 20-plus points, eight-plus rebounds and seven-plus assists while shooting 80% from the floor.
Jakob Poeltl (2022), Gene Banks (1983, 1985) and Billy Paultz (1978) are the other players to do it.
"Just trying to be efficient, trying to affect the game in different ways, get downhill," said Fox, who notched his first 20-point game of the season in helping the Spurs win their fourth in a row to improve to 4-2.
Through six games, Fox is averaging 16.5 points on 57.6% shooting, 4.8 rebounds, a team-high 7.0 assists and 1.5 steals.
"We know to go to him," said All-Star center Victor Wembanyama, who led the Spurs with 43 points. "We know to put the ball in his hands. He knows to go get the ball. And he's been reacting defensively too. So, it's a true point guard."
